Genevieve Long

Genevieve Long is an accomplished human resources executive with a wealth of experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief People and Culture Officer at KEEN since April 2024, Genevieve previously held the position of Chief People and Diversity Officer at SmileDirectClub from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Human Resources Business Partner at Intel Corporation, where Genevieve partnered with C-Suite leaders on human capital strategies for the company's largest businesses. Genevieve's earlier roles also include Chief People Officer at Salt & Straw and Global Head of HR, Business Partner at Nike, where support was provided to some of Nike's largest functions. Genevieve holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University and a Comprehensive HR Certificate from Portland State University, specializing in Human Resources Management with a focus on Organizational Design.
