Nijimaru Ohno's work experience includes various roles in the field of marketing and eCommerce. From 2018 until the present, they have been working at KEEN, initially as an Ecommerce Manager and later moving on to become the Director of International eCommerce. In 2020, Ohno was promoted to the position of Director of Marketing, Outside Category, and in 2023, they were further promoted to the role of Senior Director, Global Brand & Product Marketing. Prior to their time at KEEN, Ohno worked at Tory Burch as part of the eCommerce team and as a Planner for Handbags and Accessories. Before that, they worked at Guess? as a Sales Forecaster/Demand Planner and at Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Manager.

Nijimaru Ohno completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma (English & Japanese) at St. Mary's International from 1994 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at William & Mary from 2006 to 2010.
