Ross Vonhoff has several years of experience in various leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. Ross most recently served as the Sr. Vice President Global Operations at KEEN, where they held positions of increasing responsibility, including Sr. Vice President Global Product and Manufacturing Operations and Vice President Manufacturing Operations. Prior to their time at KEEN, Ross held the role of Vice President for Operations and Manufacturing at Coolest. Ross also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Benchmade Knife Company and Lacrosse Footwear. Earlier in their career, Ross worked as the Director of Operations at Coherent and the Director of Manufacturing at FEI Company. Ross began their career as a Product Engineer at Atlas Material Testing Technology.
Ross Vonhoff obtained their Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1983 and 1988. Later, they pursued higher education and earned an MBA degree from the University of Portland from 1996 to 1999.
