Francisco Javier Martin Romo

Francisco Javier Martin Romo serves as the Country Manager for both Italy and Iberia at Keenon Robotics since 2022 and has been a Director of Contents and Host for the Foodservice Robotics Pioneers at HIP - Horeca Professional Expo since 2019. Previously, Francisco held the role of Director of Hospitality Operations at Food By Robots from 2020 to 2022, and briefly served as a Culinary Consultant for Barcelo Hotel Group in 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Food and Beverage Manager at Millennium Hotels and Resorts from 2019 to 2020, and Complex Beverage Manager at Marriott International from 2016 to 2019. Francisco began the career as Operations Manager at Samba Swirl from 2015 to 2016. Francisco's education includes a Master of Business Administration from ESERP Business & Law School, Post Graduate Diploma from Universidad de Salamanca, and other degrees in law and business from prestigious institutions such as Cornell University and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
