Julie T Katzman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Keep Company, Katzman focuses on supporting caregivers to prevent burnout, particularly among women. As a member of the Board of Directors for Nilus and Laboratoria, Katzman integrates technology and community initiatives to combat food waste and promote gender equity in tech careers for low-income women in Latin America. Katzman has played a pivotal role at the MacArthur Foundation since 2012, contributing as a board member and chairing several committees. Additionally, Katzman is a Steering Committee member of the Smart Surfaces Coalition, advocating for urban climate solutions. Formerly the Executive Vice President and COO of the Inter-American Development Bank, Katzman's educational background includes a BSFS from Georgetown University and a Master's in Management from Northwestern University.
