Jad Kahawati

Jad Kahawati is a seasoned executive in the real estate and facilities management sectors, currently serving as Chairman & CEO of Keep Property SAL since July 2017. Prior roles include Operations Manager at SAAB Developers Holding SAL, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project quality and profitability, managing functional heads, and driving departmental policies. Previous experience includes Facilities Project Manager at Solidere, managing budgets and maintenance for significant projects such as The Platinum Tower and Bay Tower. Jad's career also includes roles in mechanical engineering and project management, with a strong educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
