Giovanni Ariciaga

Giovanni Ariciaga has been working in various roles since 2009. Giovanni started as an Office Assistant at Laguna Canyon Smog, Inc. where they were responsible for book keeping, basic accounting, payroll, expense reporting, and inventory. In 2012, they began working as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's where they were a cashier and also received, unloaded, and verified shipments. In 2015, Giovanni became a Financial Processor Intern at Savient Financial, Inc. where they coordinated and executed home showings with clients, set up open houses, and organized and audited closing files. From 2014-2020, Giovanni worked as a Section Manager at Trader Joe's where they were responsible for ordering inventory and merchandise, receiving and unloading shipments, and training new employees. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Bookkeeper/ Support Team Lead at Keeper Tax where they handled escalations (Zendesk), troubleshot app issues, managed subscriptions (Stripe), managed/tracked support KPI's, and provided tax related support to users. Giovanni was also responsible for quality assurance to improve customer experience by doing reports/research on recurring bugs, logistical issues, and complaints. In 2021, Giovanni began working as a Software Project Manager at iHarmonyHealth.

Giovanni Ariciaga is currently enrolled in Practicum USA to pursue a Data Science degree. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from California State University, Fullerton in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics & Math from The University of Kansas in 2014. Additionally, they hold a Real Estate License.
