Ece Kucukkoyuncu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Ece is currently working as the Head of People and Culture at Keepnet Labs since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at TD SYNNEX as the East Europe Talent Coordinator & HR Manager Turkey from 2013 to 2021. Ece also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Telekom WiFi TTNET from 2010 to 2013, where they analyzed business processes and provided efficiency solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Telenity as an HR Generalist from 2008 to 2010, focusing on recruitment and performance appraisal. Ece started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Memorial Health Group from 2006 to 2008.

Ece Kucukkoyuncu completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management at Boğaziçi University from 2001 to 2006.
