Marieke Swart-Vrolijk

Marieke Swart-Vrolijk has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Marieke currently holds the position of Group Financial Controller at Keesing Media Group B.V., starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Manager at PBT Beveiliging en Telecom B.V. from June 2019 to September 2020.

Marieke also has experience at Boon Edam Nederland where they served as a Business Controller from August 2016 to June 2019, and as a Financial Controller from January 2015 to July 2016. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Royal Boon Edam International B.V. from February 2013 to December 2014.

Earlier in their career, Marieke worked at Deloitte Accountants B.V. where they held the positions of Senior Staff from October 2012 to January 2013, and Staff from February 2007 to September 2012. Additionally, they had a brief internship experience at KPMG in 2005.

Marieke Swart-Vrolijk pursued their education with perseverance and dedication. Marieke began their academic journey at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Bedrijfseconomie from 2003 to 2007. Their strong passion and academic interests led their to further their education at the renowned Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). From 2007 to 2012, Marieke Swart-Vrolijk successfully completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Master Accounting and Control. This educational background provides their with a solid foundation in both business economics and accounting, setting their up for success in their professional endeavors.
