Valerie Arnold

Valerie Arnold, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources with a focus on HRIS management, benefits administration, recruitment, and general HR functions. Valerie currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Keesler Federal Credit Union since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Evening Post Publishing Newspaper Group from July 2021 to June 2023, where they also held the position of HRIS Manager from September 2020 to September 2021. Valerie's experience also includes roles at PCH Hotels & Resorts, where they served as the Director of HRIS from November 2016 to September 2020, Corporate Benefits Administrator from October 2012 to November 2016, Corporate Recruiter from November 2010 to October 2012, and HR Generalist from October 2008 to November 2010. Prior to that, they attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their academic background, Valerie has obtained certifications in SQL for Data Science from Coursera in 2018 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2016.
