Dan Best

Dan Best serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KeHE Distributors since August 2025 and is an Advisory Board Member for Airvet and the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. With extensive experience in human resources leadership roles, Dan has previously held positions including EVP and CHRO at Total Quality Logistics and The Service Companies, and senior vice president at AutoNation. Dan has a strong background in leading HR functions across various organizations, focusing on alignment with business objectives and talent development. Additionally, Dan is actively involved in community efforts with Cincinnati Works, striving to eliminate poverty. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and has completed executive education at the University of Michigan.
