Gerard Nixon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gerard began their career in the US Army, where they gained valuable leadership experience as a Captain. Following their military service, they joined AT&T and participated in the SBC Leadership Development Program, acquiring skills in order management, business partner strategy, and call center operations. Nixon then transitioned to Target, where they immersed himself in import and logistics management, later moving on to break-pack operations within a distribution center. In 2012, they joined US Foods as a Director, where they played a significant role in launching a foodservice replenishment team and fostering a culture of development and accountability. Currently, Nixon holds a position at KeHE Distributors, first as Vice President and then as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain.
Gerard Nixon earned an M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Human Resources Management from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2002 to 2004. Before that, they obtained a B.S. in American Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1992 to 1996. In 2020, they also completed a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
