Peter Darbouze

Peter Darbouze has extensive work experience in logistics and operations management. Peter started their career in the US Army as an Automated Logistical Specialist, where they developed and executed logistic program activities.

Peter then worked at PepsiCo as a Warehouse/Transportation Supervisor, where they oversaw logistics and operations, managed budgets, and ensured compliance with safety standards. Peter later became a Transportation Manager, responsible for financial control, reporting, and analysis.

Peter joined Frito-Lay as a Sales Operations Manager, overseeing fleet and transportation operations in the South Atlantic region. Peter implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies and coached individuals to manage key performance indicators.

At Schwan's Home Delivery, Peter held multiple roles, including General Manager and Division Operations Manager. Peter led a team and managed day-to-day operations, implemented quality improvement plans, and achieved financial and operational goals.

Currently, Peter is the Director of Operations at KeHE Distributors, where they lead operations for the company.
