Ann Miyahira Hajnosz

Ann Hajnosz joined the Board in August 2021. She is a Senior Director with Harris & Associates. Her key roles include Program Committee member for the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee and Resource Manager for the Consulting Division.

Ann has worked closely with water, wastewater, electric, and solid waste utilities for 35 years in the areas of financial planning, rates, best practices, and general utility planning and operations. She regularly works with utility staff, senior management, and utility stakeholders, including utility boards, city councils, and large customers. Ann has spent a majority of her career working out of the Seattle area for public agencies in the Western US, Hawaii and Guam. She is a member of the class of 2016 Seattle Leadership Tomorrow program.

Ann is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she earned her Civil Engineering degree and Indiana University at Bloomington where she earned an MBA in Finance. She grew up in Honolulu and lives with her husband and two children in Bellevue.
