Niko Romm

Niko Romm is an experienced professional in the fields of neuro-athletic training, performance nutrition, and fitness management. Currently serving as a Neuro-Athletiktrainer and Performance Nutritionist at 1. FC Köln GmbH & Co. KGaA since January 2021, Niko has also held the position of Executive Managing Director at Valeo Studio GmbH since October 2010, focusing on personalized training for executives and athletes. Previous roles include Performance Consultant at Norwich City Football Club and various positions within Under Armour, where Niko acted as a Brand Ambassador and Trainer. As the Founder & CEO of Let's Bands and a Performance Education Specialist at EXOS, Niko delivered performance mentorship across Europe, specializing in athlete training and rehabilitation. Additional experience includes managing fitness facilities and serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
