Kelly Cranford

Kelly Cranford is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at KEITH since April 2024, Cranford also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Florida Engineering Foundation. Previously, Cranford held the positions of Senior Vice President and Principal Project Manager at Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. and served as a Senior Engineer at Pennoni, where responsibilities included leading municipal drainage and transportation projects. With a background that includes land development engineering for the City of West Palm Beach and lead engineering roles at the South Florida Water Management District, Cranford has a strong foundation in permitting and regulatory compliance. Cranford earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1990.
