Led by a skilled Office Manager, the team handles daily office operations, while the Contract Administrator oversees and manages contract documentation and compliance. The Director of Human Resources supports employee relations, recruitment, and workforce management, and the Senior Associate provides strategic oversight and assists in high-level administrative functions. Together, they support KEITH’s multidisciplinary teams by maintaining a structured and well-functioning work environment across all its offices.
