Muhammad Harahap

Muhammad Harahap currently serves as the Head of the Civil and Administration Division at Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia since March 2015, with responsibilities focused on promoting justice and legal equality in Indonesia. Additional roles at the institution include Public Prosecutor in the legal and international division, and leadership positions in various subdivisions related to criminal and intelligence matters. Prior experience includes a position as a Litigation Paralegal at Lubis, Santosa & Maulana Law Offices, where responsibilities encompassed due diligence, research, trial preparation, and contract translation. Muhammad Harahap holds a Master of Laws in Litigation from Universitas Gadjah Mada and multiple law degrees from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, along with a diploma in Political Science and Government from North Seattle College.
