Yohanes Nugraha

Yohanes Nugraha has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment banking industry. Yohanes started their career as a Summer Intern at Citi in 2017. After that, they joined MNC Sekuritas as an Analyst in Investment Banking, then progressed to become an Associate and later a Manager in the same department. In 2021, Yohanes moved to SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. as an Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking, specializing in M&A. After one year, they joined Open Labs as the Head Division of Investment & Strategy. Currently, Yohanes holds the position of Vice President - Corporate Strategy & Compliance at Kejora Capital.

Yohanes Nugraha has pursued higher education at various institutions. Yohanes holds an unfinished Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Additionally, Yohanes has acquired GCE - A Level and GCE - O Level qualifications in Science from the University of Cambridge. In addition to their formal education, Yohanes has obtained various certifications including the Bloomberg Aptitude Test, Brevet A&B Tax Certification, FMVA® Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst, Piano Grade 8 from ABRSM, The Complete Investment Banking Course from Udemy, and Violin Grade 8 from ABRSM.
