Milla Rosenlund

Milla Rosenlund currently serves as a System Coordinator in the Customer Relations Section of Information Services at Kela since January 2024 and has been a Project Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland since March 2021, contributing to the PROSHADE research consortium funded by the Strategic Research Council. Previously, Milla held various System Coordinator roles at Kela from April 2002 to March 2021, including a position as product owner for the national imaging archive and involvement in operational development across several sections. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Health Sciences degree in Health and Human Services Informatics and a Master’s degree in the same field from the University of Eastern Finland, along with other master's degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Social Science from distinguished institutions.
