Ville Nore

Ville Nore currently serves as the Head of Innovation & Growth at Kela, where responsibilities include leading the Social Insurance Institution of Finland's Innovation & Growth functions, which consists of 30 in-house designers and technology experts. Prior to this role, Ville was a Group Manager at Kela, overseeing a multidisciplinary IT-innovation unit known as #KelaLab. Ville's previous experience includes serving as Head of KONE WORX in Europe, focusing on co-creation projects with customers, and holding various positions at F-Secure Corporation, including UX Lead and Usability Specialist. Ville began a career in user experience at Nokia Mobile Phones, contributing to usability and design for mobile platforms. Ville earned a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Satakunta Polytechnic.
