Daniel Oxley

Daniel Oxley is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the water industry, currently serving at Kelda Group Plc since April 2016. In the roles of Commercial Manager and Commercial Programme Manager, Daniel focuses on cost efficiencies and value creation for Yorkshire Water, while also developing commercial models and supporting non-commercial teams. Previously, as Bid Manager at Kelda Group, Daniel played a key role in significant sales, including the divestment of nonregulated and non-household retail businesses. Prior experience includes a position as Bid Manager at Kelda Water Services and various roles at the National Laboratory Service (Environment Agency) and Visuality Group. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Environmental Impact Assessment and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia, along with a foundation level certification in APMP best practices from Shipley Associates.
