Óscar Naveiras Picos

Óscar Naveiras Picos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business agility and technology. As the founder of Kelea since May 2018, Óscar has focused on helping companies transform by designing successful products and services. In addition to Kelea, roles include co-founding La Gran Cena de Emprendedores and contributing to Cocoon Pro. Óscar has held academic positions as a collaborator in the MBA and PDD programs at Escuela de Negocios Afundación, and has previously served as a consultant at Tecnocom, coordinating teams and overseeing strategic projects in IT. With a strong educational background, including a PDD from IESE Business School and a Senior Management Program from ESIC, Óscar combines deep technological expertise with leadership in agility and project management.
