Darin Aldrich

Darin Aldrich, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards at Kellanova, having transitioned from a comparable role at Kellogg Company, where tenure extended from February 2005 to October 2023. Throughout a distinguished career, Darin has led strategic initiatives related to global Total Rewards programs, overseeing executive compensation, incentives, and employee wellbeing. Key accomplishments include planning the rewards impact of a significant corporate spin-off, developing a new long-term incentive design, and enhancing global mobility policies to accommodate diverse employee needs. Darin's earlier roles encompassed various leadership positions in human resources, where responsibilities included driving Total Health strategies and managing HR functions across diverse union and non-union facilities. Darin holds an MBA from Penn State University and a double major in Finance and Human Resources from Western Michigan University, along with an Associate of Arts from Kellogg Community College.
