Diana Mindrucencu

Diana Mindrucencu serves as the Regional Delivery Partner and Site Lead at Kellanova since October 2023, following a significant tenure at Kellogg Company from August 2016 to October 2023, where roles included Business Development and Integration Director, Senior Manager Business Integration, and Head of Demand Planning for Europe. In those positions, Diana focused on enhancing customer experience, driving seamless integration of business processes, and managing complex demand planning for a diverse product portfolio. Prior experience includes leadership roles in demand planning across DACH and CEE regions at Danone Dairy and a sales domain leader position at Danone Romania, where Diana led various commercial and customer service initiatives.
