Elie Chahine

Elie Chahine is the Site Digital Manufacturing Lead at Kellanova since October 2023, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of Smart Factory technologies, integrating performance dashboards, and coaching digital capability building. Prior to this role, Elie was with Kellogg Company for over seven years, holding positions such as Continuous Improvement Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager, where significant achievements included reducing minor stops and scrap while managing production lines. Elie's experience also spans roles at Campbell Company of Canada and Cyclone Manufacturing, focusing on maintenance reliability and production planning, respectively. Elie Chahine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University and an Advanced Diploma in Electromechanical Technology from Sheridan College.
