German Navarrete

German Navarrete currently serves as the Director of Direct Procurement for Latin America at Kellanova, overseeing cost and P&L management. With extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, German previously held the position of Global Category Procurement Director at The Coca-Cola Company, managing a global spend of approximately $0.4 billion across over 50 countries. Prior roles at Coca-Cola FEMSA included Global Commodity Risk Procurement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed a ~$1 billion risk procurement strategy, and Global Strategic Procurement Manager for Packaging. German also has a background in treasury and finance from positions at Monsanto Company and Tyco, as well as foundational experience from Banco Davivienda.
