Gudakesh Kumar

Gudakesh Kumar serves as the Associate Director of HR for Supply Chain and R&D at Kellanova since June 2023, overseeing HR functions for approximately 450 employees across two manufacturing units in South Asia. Previously, Gudakesh led a five-member team as the Associate Director of HR for Sales in India. With extensive experience in HR roles at McCain Foods and Abbott, Gudakesh has driven people strategies for various business functions, including commercial and talent management, and has led diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additional significant experience includes HR management at HDFC Bank and Crompton Greaves, where Gudakesh worked on campus recruitment and incentive schemes. Gudakesh holds a PGDM with a dual specialization in HR and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from BIT Sindri.
