Jim Barron

Jim Barron serves as the Director of Analytics & Insights at Kellanova, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Jim spent over 17 years at Kellogg Company, where roles included Director of Analytics & Insights and various leadership positions within supply planning and continuous improvement. Key achievements include leading the Supply Planning Transformation project and implementing advanced planning tools such as IBP and Noodle.ai across Kellogg North America. Jim's career began with a foundation in production planning and operations supervision, along with experience in environmental compliance. Additionally, Jim operated an independent business selling products on Amazon and managing a comprehensive e-commerce portfolio. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Calvin College.
