Joe Mueller

Joe Mueller currently serves as the Vice President of Purposeful Engagement at Kellanova since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held multiple key positions at Kellogg Company, including Vice President of Industry & Customer Development and Vice President of the Walmart Snacks Team, where responsibility encompassed leadership and strategic business development for a $1.2 billion snacks division. Joe successfully ushered the transition of the DSD business into a warehouse model and collaborated with various cross-functional teams to achieve consistently positive results. Before returning to Kellogg Company, Joe served as Vice President of Sales at Keurig Green Mountain, contributing significantly to the company’s growth within General Merchandise, Grocery, and Ecommerce sectors. Joe’s extensive career at Kellogg Company began in 1995, encompassing roles such as Agency Team Lead and Vice President of Sales for various categories. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Missouri State University.
