Justin Comes

Justin Comes is an experienced executive in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at Kellanova since May 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held various senior positions at Mars, including Senior Vice President of R&D for Mars Wrigley North America from June 2020 to May 2024, and Vice President of Research & Development for Mars Wrigley China from July 2017 to June 2020. Additional experience includes R&D Vice President at Mars Chocolate China and Director roles in both Dove/Galaxy Global Scale Team and Seasonal Business at Mars Chocolate North America. Justin's career began at Mars Confectionery, progressing from Raw Material Research Scientist to Raw Material Research Manager. Education includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, both in Food Science from Penn State University.
