David Chimento

David Chimento has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development and Vice President of Client Solutions at Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc. since January 2008. In previous roles, David has held positions such as Director of Custom Services, Assistant Laboratory Director, and Antibody Validation Group Leader, focusing on resource management and product validation. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Protein Biochemistry and Protein Biophysics at the University of Pennsylvania and a role as a Research Assistant at UVA Health. David Chimento holds a PhD in Microbiology/Structural Biology from the University of Virginia and a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware.
