Kathrin Samad is currently the Senior Launch Program Manager for AMEA at Kellanova since October 2023, following a long tenure at Kellogg Company starting in February 1990. Over the years, Kathrin has held various leadership positions, including Senior Project Manager for AMEA Program Management, where contributions included developing a COGS savings pipeline for the MENAT team and coaching in change management. As the APAC Cost Optimisation Manager, Kathrin successfully led cost savings initiatives amounting to $1.5 million annually. Other roles encompassed managing critical innovations, overseeing IT projects, and enhancing supplier relationships in procurement. Kathrin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology from The University of Queensland, earned between 1986 and 1989.
