Naomi Roberts

Naomi Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and category management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Innovation, Strategy & Performance at Kellanova since January 2024, Naomi previously held significant roles at Kellogg Company, including European Shopper & Category Manager and Category Management Lead. Naomi began her career at PZ Cussons as a Category Manager and further developed skills in customer marketing at Continental Fine Foods. Consulting at Quantium provided valuable insights into data analytics, while earlier experience at Aztec Australia focused on applying customer insights to strategic business decisions. Naomi's foundation in business and HR was established at The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by an early education at Woldgate School.
