Nicholas Demanigold

Nicholas deManigold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in packaging engineering and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Value Added Services/E2E at Kellanova since August 2022, Nicholas leads a team of over 40 individuals to drive innovative solutions and strategic goals while contributing to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives as Kellanova Generation K BERG National Co Chair. Prior to Kellanova, Nicholas held various roles at Kellogg Company from 2013 to 2023, including Manager of KNA Contract Manufacturing and Lead Packaging Engineer for Pringles, achieving significant financial settlements and savings through effective leadership and project management. Nicholas also brings experience from roles at Aerotek, Elizabeth Arden, Kraft Foods, Honeywell Aerospace, and Gerber Products Company, building a robust foundation in packaging development and engineering through diverse industry exposure. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University.
