Nicole Remily

Nicole Remily is a highly experienced professional in process engineering with a career spanning over three decades in the food industry. Currently serving as the Global Process Engineering Director at Kellanova since October 2023, Nicole previously held various leadership roles within the Kellogg Company, including Global Technology Lead II for Snacks Process Engineering and Director of Global Process Engineering. Throughout time at Kellogg, responsibilities included leading technical communities, managing teams for productivity and innovation projects, and developing and executing engineering strategies for the Snacks Business unit. Prior experience includes roles as Project Leader at Nabisco Biscuit Company and Kraft Foods, as well as R&D Engineering at Unilever in the Lipton Beverage group. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with a professional credential in Business Excellence for Women from Smith College.
