Ruth Hughes

Ruth Hughes is an accomplished business leader currently serving as Vice President of European Sales and General Manager for the Nordics, Central and Eastern European, and Mediterranean markets at Kellanova since October 2023. Previously, Ruth held various key positions at Kellogg Company from March 2008 to October 2023, including General Manager for the Nordics and CEE & Mediterranean markets, Managing Director for Ireland, and Commercial Capabilities Director for Europe. Ruth's career began at Batchelors and Boyne Valley Group, where roles included National Account Manager and Ambient Food Portfolio Business Manager, respectively. Ruth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School between September 2019 and July 2020.
