Rita S. Lymperopoulos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Atlas Restaurant Group since November 2018. Concurrently, Rita holds a position at Atlas Restaurant Group from 2018 to present. Previously, Rita was the General Manager at Kellari Hospitality Group from October 2014 and the Managing Partner/GM at Piazza Enterprises / Della Notte Ristorante from February 2009 to June 2014. Earlier roles include Food & Beverage Director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from October 2005 to February 2009 and Food & Beverage Director at Odyssey Cruises from March 2002 to October 2005.
