Douglas Behr serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Keller and Heckman LLP, focusing on appellate and trial litigation in federal and state courts as well as federal agencies since 1996. Prior to this role, Douglas was a Partner at Leighton and Regnery from 1986 to 1996 and spent a decade as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, where Douglas tried criminal cases and conducted grand jury investigations. Douglas holds an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
