Pamela Langhorn is a Partner in the Food and Drug practice at Keller and Heckman LLP, with experience since October 1998. Responsibilities include evaluating and advising clients on compliance with food packaging regulations under FDA, EU, and MERCOSUR guidelines, as well as assisting clients with regulatory statuses related to DEA, California's Proposition 65, and CONEG regulations. Pamela's expertise extends to preparing FDA Food-Contact Notification filings and petitions for the European Food Safety Authority and EU Member State authorities. Prior to this role, Pamela served as a Law Clerk to the Administrative Law Judge at the Drug Enforcement Administration from August 1997 to October 1998, where duties included advising on the Controlled Substances Act and drafting legal opinions. Pamela Langhorn holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Sociology from Villanova University.
