Sean Stokes

Sean Stokes is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in communications law, currently serving as a Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP since November 2020. In this role, Sean represents clients across the nation on various communications issues, including broadband, cable television, and public-private partnerships, while also negotiating critical agreements for access to infrastructure. Previously, as a Principal at Baller Stokes & Lide, PC, Sean contributed to the firm's recognition as a top national communications law firm for six consecutive years. Earlier in Sean's career, experience as Associate General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs for the Utilities Telecommunications Council involved directing legislative and regulatory strategies for the nation's utilities on significant telecommunications legislation. Sean holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a bachelor's degree from Denison University.
