Stefan C. Colhoun, P. Eng., CPBPM, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Stefan C. began their career as a Field Engineer at DOWELL SCHLUMBERGER in 1991 and later worked as a Senior Wireline Engineer at Computalog/Precision Drilling from 1993 to 2000.

In 2000, Stefan joined Precision Drilling as an HSE Coordinator and subsequently held various HSE roles, including Area HSE Coordinator/Canada Radiation Safety Officer and Special Projects/Canada Radiation Safety Officer. During their time at Precision Drilling, they played a key role in realigning and improving the company's HSE management systems, implementing regional standards and procedures, and conducting audits to enhance existing systems and processes.

Stefan then joined Weatherford in 2004 and served in several leadership positions. In 2017, Stefan became the Director of Service Delivery, D&E at Weatherford, where they managed the operational process from initial customer contact to equipment and service delivery at well-sites. Stefan C. also initiated the implementation of a Repair & Maintenance user interface for the JDE Enterprise system, optimizing technician utilization.

Stefan's career continued in 2018 with a role as QHSE Executive at Seeking QHSE Leadership Role, where they demonstrated proficiency in management system standards such as ISO 9001, 18001, API Q1, and API Q2. Stefan C. excelled in quality management system development, implementation, and continuous improvement, as well as data analysis for performance enhancement.

In 2018, Stefan joined KELLER as the Director of Quality and Operating System, leading the development and implementation of tools to ensure adherence to standard processes. Stefan C. successfully devised and implemented a mobile application to replace paper and spreadsheet entries, incorporating safety and quality requirements to drive adherence to standard practices.

Stefan's professional journey also includes their role as an Advisory Council Member for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program at the George Washington University from 2020 to 2021.
