Amy Brueckner is a Staff Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. She applies her passion for legal research and writing to help build the most persuasive arguments for achieving favorable client outcomes.

At Keller Postman, Amy’s practice focuses on product liability litigation. She currently works on the infant formula matter, in which the firm is representing parents of infants who suffered necrotizing enterocolitis after consuming cow’s milk-based products. Her work involves analyzing documents to build evidence in support of the plaintiffs’ position and synthesizing her findings into meaningful work product to be used as part of the firm’s litigation strategy.

Before joining Keller Postman, Amy focused her practice on the discovery phase of litigation where she gained experience working on a variety of matters, including pharmaceutical, commercial, and antitrust cases.

Amy attended the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law as an Andrew Curtain Scholar, awarded for academic merit. While at Penn State, she was a member of the Family Law Clinic and the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, where she worked on two U.S. Supreme Court cases. She was also a published editor of the Penn State Law Review. Amy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where she majored in Psychology and English.
