Ellyn Gendler

Ellyn Gendler is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. A passionate advocate for consumers and individuals harmed by corporate wrongdoing, she represents plaintiffs across the United States in a variety of litigation and arbitration matters.

At Keller Postman, Ellyn’s practice focuses on consumer protection. Her contributions include legal strategy development, law and briefing, and the litigation and management of individual arbitrations. She also supports the firm’s product liability practice in the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs Product Liability MDL and represents state and local government entities in connection with the opioid crisis.

Before joining Keller Postman, Ellyn was a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She has also worked as a tenant attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she represented low-income clients in administrative and court proceedings, including evictions, subsidy terminations, and fair-housing complaints.

Ellyn earned her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender. She earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.
