Jamie Price is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. She is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer who has represented clients throughout the country in a wide variety of complex business and tort cases.
Before joining Keller Postman, Jamie was a Partner with Walter | Haverfield, where she represented clients in complex business disputes, trust and estate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and cases involving business torts and contract claims. She handled all aspects of litigation from start to finish, including serving as first and second chair in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and arguing appeals. Jamie was also previously an associate with Gallagher Sharp, primarily representing attorneys in grievance proceedings and defending against claims of legal malpractice.
Among her most notable matters, Jamie—as one of a two-person first chair team—obtained a rarely-granted directed verdict on behalf of the estate and trust of the matriarch of a high-net-worth family against a claim by two of her adult children that her will and trust were the product of undue influence exerted by the youngest of her five children. She, as second chair trial counsel, also successfully litigated a hotly contested shareholder dispute between deadlocked shareholders, where the Court, upon completion of a multi-day bench trial, issued 30-page opinion finding in favor of Jamie and her colleague’s clients on every issue and claim in the case and awarding their clients all the relief they requested including an award of punitive damages and attorney fees.
Jamie was recognized as a 2018 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star for her professional achievements in business litigation. In 2020, she was also recognized by the Cleveland Jewish News as a Super Attorney in its Local Lawyers Edition.
Jamie Price earned her law degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was an Executive Notes Editor of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine, selected to the Order of Barristers, and the recipient of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology from Northwestern University.
