Jim Straatmann

Jim Straatmann is a seasoned real estate professional with a current role as Personal Real Estate Consultant at Keller Williams Ballantyne Area, where Jim and Charlynn operate a dedicated real estate team focused on serving the greater Charlotte NC market since October 2016. Prior to this, Jim held various leadership positions at PetSmart from 1996 to 2016, including Regional Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing over 5,400 associates and managing a $1 billion sales budget. Jim also served as Director of Change Management, creating a custom scheduling tool, and briefly as Interim Regional Vice President, leading 100 stores during a transitional period. Earlier experience includes a District Manager role at Walmart, managing 12 stores with significant sales volume and associate oversight.
