Kevin Fleming

Kevin Fleming is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Since April 2013, Kevin has served as a Realtor at Keller Williams Eastside, following a tenure as a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty. In addition to real estate, Kevin has experience as a Project Manager and Owner at Copper Cap Development, overseeing residential remodeling projects and managing all aspects from bidding to subcontractor management. Prior roles include Transportation Planner at the Washington State Department of Transportation and Land Use Planner at URS Corporation. Kevin began a career in the field as an Environmental Intern during a brief stint at the Washington State Department of Transportation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Use Planning - Geography from Central Washington University.
