Heather Norton serves as Owner and CEO of Upper Hand Real Estate Services since January 2021, while also working as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Grand Rapids North since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Heather held various positions at Service Express, Inc., including Contract Audit Specialist, and at Best Buy, where responsibilities ranged from Sales Support Supervisor to Digital Imaging Sales Consultant. Heather's diverse experience encompasses contract management, inventory oversight, retail operations, and customer service, demonstrating a strong foundation in both real estate and retail management. Heather completed education at Grand Rapids Community College and Sparta Senior High School.
