Pat Bearden has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started as a Vice President and Trust Officer at First Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1998, eventually becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In 2015, they joined Keller Williams Realty Spring Hill as an Affiliate Broker and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2019, Pat Bearden became the Executive Director at Rippavilla Plantation. Currently, they serve as the Principal Broker at Keller Williams Realty Southeast Region.
Pat Bearden earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 1999. Following that, Pat pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting from MTSU, which was completed in 2003. In addition to their education, Pat Bearden obtained a certification as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in December 2012.
