Jessica Ye

Jessica Ye is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. As the Principal of Real Estate Investments & Developments since 1997, Jessica manages multiple companies specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of value-add properties, including luxury home rehabilitation and multi-unit construction. In 2018, Jessica co-founded Marquis International, serving as CEO, and has aimed to provide premier brokerage services and investment solutions from offices in Boston and New York City. Additionally, Jessica has played significant roles in the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), including founding the Boston chapter and serving as Chairwoman Emeritus. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and completion of the PLDA program at Harvard Business School.
